Alexandra was born and raised in Lehigh Acres, Florida. She grew up attending Servants United In Christ, receiving a solid and Biblically sound foundation under the leadership of her (then) pastor. It was also there that she accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior.
Upon graduating from Dunbar High School, Alexandra went on to attend Florida Gulf Coast University. After two years, she transferred to University of South Florida, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. As a result of her passion for education and life-long learning, she received a Master of Arts in Higher and Post-Secondary Education from Argosy University. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Community Care and Counseling.
In addition to being accomplished academically, Alexandra is a gifted and skilled educator and college administrator, having held positions such as Student Success Advisor II and Adjunct Professor.
Alexandra is married to Overseer Jermaine L. Andrews and serves as the Senior Pastor of Word Empowerment Kingdom Center, a multicultural, multigenerational, and progressive church in Port Charlotte, Florida. As a wife and mother of two daughters, she is dedicated and passionate towards fostering healthy marriages and healthy, happy families.
Alexandra is the CEO/President of A Day With Lady A Ministries, a multi-faceted ministry and product line, with a mission to help women discover and maximize their God-given potential.
